Agent won't connect to BMF

I have installed the latest (6.7) commercial release of BMF and installed upgraded keys. Everything looks fine until I try to start an agent. The agent will not connect to the BMF main program. Running Windows server 2003 R2 on DELL 64 bit but with the 32 bit BMF.

Hi,
Please make sure your firewall was turned off or the port 4568 not blocked by firewall.
